1. Work Location: Baghdad / Al-Jadriya

2. Title: Head of Sales - Advertising and Marketing

3. Company Major: Marketing Agency

4. Working Hours: 8 hours

5. Working Days: 5 Days/Week

6. Languages: Arabic and English

7. Years of Experience: 5-7 years

8. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or any related field

9. Job Requirements:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for advertising and marketing services.
  2. Identify new markets, channels, and client segments to drive business growth.

Team Leadership and Development:

  1. Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic sales team.
  2. Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and support ongoing development.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and media partners.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and strategic negotiations.

Revenue Generation and Forecasting:

  1. Set revenue targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  2. Monitor sales performance metrics, generate forecasts, and report regularly to executive leadership.

Product and Service Development:

  1. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and media buying teams to tailor services that meet client needs.
  2. Contribute to the development of new advertising packages and marketing solutions.

Market Intelligence and Trends:

  1. Stay informed on industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and competitor activity.
  2. Use data and market insights to inform decision-making and client strategy.

Sales Operations and CRM:

  1. Ensure proper use of CRM systems to track client interactions, pipeline stages, and sales progress.
  2. Streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
